How do I set up focus controls?
Open Setup in Neon Focus and enable the permissions needed by your chosen features. Usage Access powers usage totals; Accessibility supports blocking. Optional tools may need notification, overlay or other permissions. Android Settings always lets you manage this access.
Does Scroll Blocker block all of YouTube?
It targets recognized YouTube Shorts viewers while leaving ordinary YouTube available, unless you set another app limit. The same opt-in control blocks the supported social and entertainment apps listed in the app.
Why is a reminder or block not working?
Check the feature switch, Setup status, Accessibility connection and Android battery/background settings. Manufacturer restrictions and changed third-party layouts can affect behavior. If it continues, tell us your phone model, Android version and app version.
How do I restore a purchase?
When payments are available, use the Google Play account that purchased Neon Focus, connect to the internet and open Payment details → Restore purchase. No Gmail inbox permission is needed. Payments are not active in the current review build.
Why can I not purchase yet?
The current release is a review build. The planned price is ₹299 in India with a seven-day trial; live payment requires the Google Play release and verification service. This website does not accept money.
Can I undo a block for today?
An explicitly confirmed permanent block for today is intended to last until the next local midnight. Separate controls, allowances and daily restrictions may also apply. System settings and permissions remain under your control.
Where is my data stored?
Usage history, your settings and selected photos remain in app-private storage. Optional DNS lookups, model downloads and future payment verification involve external providers. Read the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Are Pomodoro, Community and Hide Apps available?
Not yet. These, Focus Meter and Report Card are upcoming previews. We will announce availability when implemented.
Sending a bug report?
Include your phone model, Android version, Neon Focus version, what you tried and what happened. Screenshots are optional; hide personal details first. Never send your PIN, password, OTP or payment-card information.
