Terms of Service

Simple terms for using Neon Focus.

Using the app

Neon Focus is an Android focus and distraction-control app provided by Neimprom. Use it on a device you own or are authorized to manage. Understand each permission before enabling a feature. You remain responsible for how you configure restrictions and for keeping access to essential services.

Availability and limitations

Features depend on Android versions, manufacturer settings, permissions and third-party app layouts. Blocking, reminders and content classification can be delayed, bypassed, unavailable or inaccurate. Neon Focus is not an emergency, medical or guaranteed safety service. Do not rely on it as your only safeguard. Features labelled upcoming are not yet available; preview designs and release plans can change.

Trial and lifetime purchase

Payments are not enabled in the current review build. The planned Google Play release offers a seven-day trial, a reminder after six complete days and paid access after expiry. When available, the purchase screen will show eligibility, terms and Google's localized price before checkout.

A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable entitlement to the app's paid features, including future feature updates made available within Neon Focus, for the supported lifetime of the product. It is not a recurring subscription or a promise that the service or every device will be supported forever. No specific unreleased feature or release date is guaranteed.

Google Play processes payment and maintains your purchase record. Use the purchasing Play account to restore access. Pending or cancelled purchases do not unlock access. Refund requests and any applicable cancellation rights are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law; contact support if restoration fails. Final checkout terms take priority over planned pricing shown on this website.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the app for unlawful surveillance, harassment, unauthorized control of another person's device or interference with its services. Do not redistribute Neon Focus branding or proprietary assets without authorization. Third-party components and models retain their respective licenses; these terms do not remove rights granted by those licenses or by law.

Updates and access

Updates may change features to maintain compatibility or security. Android permission controls remain available. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time after deactivating Device Admin if needed. Expired trials or unverified purchases may require restoration or verification. Temporary verification failure alone is not proof of misuse.

Privacy and responsibility

Our Privacy Policy explains data use. We aim to provide useful, reliable tools but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes or perfect detection. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
